White Chicken Chili
White Chicken Chili
Continuing on with our soup series…White Chicken Chili
This White Chicken Chili recipe has very few ingredients but is delicious!
Here are the ingredients you will need for White Chicken Chili. If you like it a little more spicy add some red pepper flakes.
White Chicken Chili List of Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts (you could use thighs if you prefer)
2 cans of white beans (I prefer great northern beans)
1 can of green chilis
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 package of cream cheese (cut into smaller squares)
3 cups of chicken broth (more or less to your liking)
1 packet of McCormick’s white chicken chili seasoning packet
You may choose to add additional spices!
I recommend using the crockpot liners (they are wonderful for cleanup). Put the chicken in the crockpot and just literally open the cans and dump in the pot. Add all the other ingredients and give a stir. Put the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred it up. Return it to the crockpot and give it a good stir. Boom White Chicken Chili!!!
We recommend serving it with cornbread, corn chips or a nice crusty bread! Enjoy!
